Shot these recently and have the RAW files to prove it

Can I use these when the rules say all work must be your own ? sort of like shooting sculptureworks

A dozen or so of us photographers rented a local planetarium for a field trip. GREAT Time the projectionist took request. Called up planets and spacecraft arranged them in the sky then adjusted relative brightness and size to our liking)

Mostly 5 to 10 second exposures

I'm the first to see these just two minutes after you posted them.

If your objective was to make me jealous, well done.

Man, that looks like it was a good time. Pooled your resources with other photographers, great idea.

"Nailed It" for sure!
I bought my friend an elephant for his room. He said, "Thanks." I said, "Don't mention it."

Absolutely wonderful shots!

With regard to the question on rules we have to try to interpret them as fairly as possible. Is it a photo of 2D art? Strictly speaking yes but it is not somebody else's work if you arranged and photographed it, then also explained how you did it. The basic rule on 2D art is there to stop people from simply taking a photo of somebody else's work and presenting it out of context as their own creation. I'd be interested to know what other QMs, ex-QMs or anybody else might think regarding this but I see it as your own creation. And a very good one.
