Use any 3D program you like (Blender, Sculptris, Poser, DAZ 3D, etc.) to create an image incorporating some form of monster. And we want a scary monster, none of this "Casper the Friendly Ghost" nonsense. :P You can include whatever else you like in the scene.

Although this is primarily a 3D contest you may use post-production (e.g. in Photoshop) to enhance your image.
