Fitness, so very important for all of us, especially in these times. So what do people do to keep fit? Maybe cycling or running, weight training and workouts, maybe garden games or table tennis with the kids, any kind of movement, perhaps dance, dog walking, horse riding or just a walk down to the local store. Any kind of action is good!
